Bashneft (part of Rosneft) has supported construction of a new playground at Kindergarten No. 2 in Ufa. The project was implemented under the Cooperation Agreement between Rosneft and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Rosneft implements social projects aimed at creating favourable living conditions in the regions where it operates. This includes supporting initiatives in the field of education and upbringing of the younger generation.

Kindergarten No. 2 was established in 1955 and is one of the oldest preschool institutions in Ufa. It currently has 123 students. As part of the kindergarten's renovation project, modern sports and playground facilities with a trauma-safe surface, shaded shelters, and gazebos were constructed, along with new play equipment, including balance swings, slides, and sandboxes. Furthermore, the project has incorporated small architectural forms inspired by professional theme, such as an oil pump model with moving mechanisms, to provide early career guidance for children.

Over the past five years, Bashneft has supported the construction and renovation of more than 30 educational institutions. The enhancement of facilities has created new opportunities to improve the quality of education and upbringing of young people in Bashkiria. A polylingual boarding school in Neftekamsk has undergone a complete renovation. Additionally, kindergartens have been opened in the Kushnarenkovsky and Tatyshlinsky districts, a forestry technical college has been renovated in Ufa, and a multifunctional educational center has been established in the village of Elan-Chishma in the Yermekeyevsky district.
